I started taking Gano 25.03.04. I had been constipated for 24 years, after a Caesarean section, but am OK now. My blood / excess iron health problem has gone. My hip and back pain improved in the first 3 weeks. I had been expecting to have to have a hip-replacement. I was always tired, but not any more, and I sleep like a baby.
